EXAMINATION order

Od 5.5.2022 došlo ke zrušení stavu pandemické pohotovosti a tedy i preventivních PCR testů. Od tohoto data je podmíněno provedení PCR testu vystavením žádanky od lékaře nebo lze test provést za úhradu.

How to order an examination online

  • To get a test you need to make an order on this page. (online ordering is possible only at these sampling points)
  • Choose a sampling point.
  • Choose the type of examination.
  • Select the date and time of collection.
  • Fill in the required data.
  • Choose the payment method.
  • Submit the order.
  • The order must be confirmed using the link in the e-mail. The link is valid for 120 minutes.
  • The confirmation e-mail will only arrive if no card payment has been selected.
  • Print attachments from the e-mail (filled application or confirmation of payment by card) and bring with you.
